Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Open Oracle website (nexus-nu-livid-19.vercel.app) handles. The short version: there are no accounts, the interactive demos run entirely in your browser, and anonymous analytics run only if you agree.
01Who we are
Open Oracle is an open-source project. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@openoracle.dev.
02What we collect
- Server logs. Our host, Vercel, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
- Analytics, only with your consent. See the next section.
- Nothing from the demos. “Connect wallet”, “Book a call”, the Stocks swap and the allowlist request are simulations. What you type or select stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
We do not sell personal data, build advertising profiles or use advertising trackers.
03Analytics and cookies
If you click Accept analytics, we load Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They count page views and measure page speed. They do not set cookies, and visitors are counted with a short-lived hash that is discarded after 24 hours, so we cannot identify you or follow you across sites.
If you click Decline, or make no choice, these scripts are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
This site does not use cookies. It stores a few small values in your browser's local storage that are needed for it to work:
oo-consent-v1: your analytics choice
Fonts are served from our own domain, so no requests go to Google Fonts.
04Legal basis
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
05How long we keep data
Vercel keeps server logs for a short period set by its plan. Analytics data is aggregated and holds no personal identifiers.
06Service providers
We use Vercel Inc. for hosting and analytics. Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. See Vercel's privacy policy.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to hello@openoracle.dev. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Germany, that is the authority of your federal state; the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection lists them at bfdi.bund.de.
08Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
09Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
