This website demonstrates a product vision. Network metrics, GPU prices, customers, partners, research posts, proofs and the Stocks section are sample data. Services shown on the site, such as GPU rental, training and inference, are not offered for sale.

The wallet connection, booking form and swaps are simulations. No transaction is sent to any blockchain.

Nothing on this site or in the Open Oracle repositories is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token or other asset. Tokenized stocks may be restricted where you live. Do your own research and talk to a qualified adviser.

The Open Oracle code is released under the MIT License. Your use of the code is governed by that license, which provides it “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

The StockGuardHook smart contract is test code. It has not been audited and is not deployed. Do not use it with real funds.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not use the site to break any law or to mislead others about the nature of the demo data.

Company names, stock tickers and product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the data. The Ethereum logo belongs to the Ethereum Foundation. Customer and partner names on the site are fictional.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, its demos or its code. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
